Eric Joseph “Lil E” Myles Jr., 15, a native of Napoleonville, La., and resident of Belle Rose, La., died Thursday, March 8, 2012.
He was a sophomore at Assumption High School in Napoleonville and enjoyed playing basketball, football and video games. He enjoyed time with family and had a gift of making people laugh.
He is survived by his father, Eric Myles Sr.; mother, Tamara Starks; brothers, Amari Stewart and Malik Myles; sisters, Takeara Starks, Asia Myles, Alani Stewart and Sanai Neville; stepbrother, Jahid Neville; and grandparents, Joseph Jacobs Jr. and Louis Myles Sr.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Angel Myles; and grandparents, Irene Jacobs and Loyce Myles.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 17, at St. Paul Baptist Church in Napoleonville with services to follow. Burial will be at Woodlawn UMC Cemetery. (Williams & Southall)
