Eugene J. Chauvin, 58, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, May 22, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille “Lucy” Michel Chauvin; sons, Clay (Shelly) and Casey Chauvin; daughter, Lyndsey Chauvin; stepson, Troy (Julie) Michel; his pet, “Peanut”; mother, Jennie Chauvin; sister, Earline (Daryle) Watson; four grandchildren, Whitney and Connor Chauvin, and Lizabeth and Rebecca Michel; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl J. “Tootie” Chauvin.
He is buried at St. Elie Cemetery. (Samart)
