Eugene J. Vedros, 68, a native and resident of Lockport, La., died Friday, March 20, at 7:40 a.m.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Bradford Vedros; son, Steve Vedros and wife Chantell; daughters, Angela Price and husband Danny, and Carolyn Naquin and husband Ryan; brother, Clifton Vedros Jr.; sisters, Wildred Bradford and Mildred Percle; step-sister, Charleeen Breaux; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton “Yony” Vedros Sr. and Anita C. Vedros; and sister, Elsie Bates.
He was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, March 23, and 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 24, at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Savior Catholic Church with burial at the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport is in charge of the arrangements.
