March 27, 2013Eula Mae Bergeron Chauvin, 88, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Gray, La., died Thursday, March 14, 2013.
Mrs. Chauvin was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She was a past member of the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion Post 31 and Eight and Forty American Legion.
She is survived by her sons, Willie (Patricia) and Warren (Shirley) Chauvin; daughter, Linda (James) Jones; sisters, Theresa Bergeron, Beulah Vedros and Wanda Brunet; brother, Alton Bergeron Jr.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Emile Chauvin Sr.; son, Emile Chauvin Jr.; parents, Alton and Velma Bergeron; sister, Elsie Bergeron; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Burial is at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery. (Chauvin)
