Evelyn Cuneo Holmes, 71, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, April 3, 2014.
Ms. Holmes enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, listening to gospel music and watching old western movies. She was a retired secretary from Chabert Medical Center and a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She is survived by her sons, Mark (Becky) and Ken (Susan) Holmes; brother, Errol (Rose) Cuneo; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucius and Ruby Cuneo.
Burial is at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery. (Chauvin)
