Evelyn Danos Bourgeois, 92, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, Oct. 9, at 6:40 a.m.
She is survived by one son, Everence Bourgeois and wife Melvina; one brother, Wilson Danos; one sister, Eula Mary Stevens; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Bourgeois; and parents, Henry and Estella Champagne Danos.
She was a parishioner of St. Mary Catholic Church in Raceland. She was a Pink Lady and a member of the St. Mary Ladies Altar Society.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 12, at St. Mary Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
