Toll revenue not enough to make bond payments
February 21, 2011Floyd Anthony Price, 83, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011.
He is survived by his sisters, Sylvia Stikeleather, Shirley Elliott and Violet Benoit.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Duffy and Lena Roddy Price; brothers, Majesta and Horace Price; and sister, Gloria Pellegrin.
Private services were held.
