October 11, 2013Gene Dalton III, 49, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Baton Rouge, La., died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013.
Mr. Dalton was a USL graduate and member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed playing golf, hunting and fishing with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Amy Dalton; children, Emma and Hagan; parents, Gene Dalton Jr. and Norma Ehrhardt; sister, Lisa Ortego; and grandparents, Stella Dalton and Myrtle Driskill.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene Dalton Sr. and Ira Driskill.
Interment is at Resthaven Cemetery in Baton Rouge.
