Gladys D. Bordelon, 89, a native of Belle Aliance, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 3:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010.
She is survived by her sons, George and Brian (Elaine) Bordelon; daughters, Janet (Louis) Plauche, Sharon Boudreaux, Yvonne (Gene) Arcement, Doris Monda, and Sandra (Cliff) Rogers; sisters, Gloria Swarthout, Rita Blaxton, Evelyn Weaver and Katherine Crowson; and 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Bordelon Sr.; parents, Octave and Louise LeBlanc Dalfares; one son, Martin Bordelon Jr.; four brothers, Octave Jr., George, Lionel and Arthur Dalferes; and four sisters, Theresa Moultin, Helen Roberts, Eloise Hughes and Ida Melancon.
She is buried at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
