Behind basin restoration, Maloz leads
October 24, 2011Gladys “Granny” Brown, 67, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011.
She is survived by her son, Clinton Autin; daughters, Cheryl (Leonard) Goin, Ella (Daniel) Bellanger, Gwendolyn Eschete and Julie Winkler; brothers, Menton and Benton Brown; sisters, Gloria (J.C.) Autin and Alice (Nolan) Baye; 23 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clinton Brown; brothers, William and Wilson Brown; grandson, David Mousseau; and great-granddaughters, Aubrie and Madalyn Bellanger.
Burial was at St. Mary Church Cemetery in Raceland. (Falgout)
