November 15, 2010Gladys Billiot Naquin, 52, a native of Grand Bois, La., and resident of Bourg, La., died aThursday, Nov. 11, 2010, after a battle with cancer.
Mrs. Naquin enjoyed spreading God’s Word to others.
She is survived by her husband, Wilson Naquin; sons, Wilson Jr. (Alissia), Peter (Summer Dupre) and Chad Naquin; daughter, Kathy Boquet (Richard) Williams; mother, Mary Jane Billiot; sister, Debra Verdin; brother, Darrel Billiot; dedicated close friend, Kandice Matherne; eight grandchildren, Ryan and Rhett Williams, Katelyn, Xavier and Isaiah Naquin, Keirstyn Matherne, Cambree and Tatum Naquin; two step-grandchildren, Sebastien and River.
She was preceded in death by her father, Francois Billiot; one brother, Terry Billiot; and one grandchild, Faith Naquin.
She is buried at Rogers Cemetery.
