Gwen Rose Hoffmann Bouterie, 83, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Friday, March 2, 2012.
Mrs. Bouterie was a loving friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed being with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Oscar Bouterie Jr.; sons, Edward (Connie), Paul (Karen) and Rev. Thomas Bouterie; daughter, Beth (Peter) Folse; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward R. “Bill” and Nina Vives Hoffmann.
Burial was at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery in Thibodaux. (Landry’s)
