Downed economy, cold makes hard job tougher

January 15, 2010Henry Alexander Henderson, 83, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Friday, Jan. 8, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia M. Henderson; daughter, Brenda Victor; brother, C.J. Robinson; sister, Elnora Johnson; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Olevia Henderson; brothers, Richard, Harry, Wilbert, Andrew, Cleveland, Louis and Lawrence Henderson; and sisters, Louvenia, Everlina, Hazel and Lillie Mae Henderson.
He was Baptist and a member of the VFW, American Legion (SC) and a U.S. Army veteran.
He is buried at Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery in Labadieville, La.
