Horace Joseph Richard, 76, a native of Belle River, La., and resident of Morgan City, La., died Friday, Sept. 27, 2013.
He is survived by his brothers, Jimmy (Linda) and Hamilton (Frankie) Richard; and sister, Laura (Vernon) Payne.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Angelina Richard; brothers, Eugene and Ervin Richard; and sister, Ellen Duval.
Interment is at Morgan City Cemetery. (Twin City)
