Irma Johnson, 91, a native of Labadieville, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Sunday, April 27, 2014.
Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughters, Gloria McKee and Valerie (Darryl) Smith; sons, Alvin Weatherspoon and Earl, Alexander (Cynthia), Gerald (Rozanne), Floyd (Lois) and Gene (Edith) Johnson; 25 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Johnson Sr.; parents, Charlie Sr. and Stella Washington; sons, Calvin and Henry Weatherspoon; and sisters and brothers.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, May 3, at St. Mark Baptist Church in Labadieville with services to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Williams & Southall)
