Toll revenue not enough to make bond payments
February 21, 2011Irving Joseph Bourg, 72, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Town Bluff, Texas, died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011.
Mr. Bourg was very proud of his service U. S. Army at Fort McClelland in Anaston, Ala. under the 69th Chemical Company during the Cuban Crisis.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Conklin Bourg; sons, Christopher and Paul Bourg; two grandsons, Kyle and Tyler Bourg; sisters, Elrae Bonnvillion and Elaine Marie Bourg; and numerous other family members and friends. (Riley of Woodville, Texas)
