Ivory Payton, 64, a resident of Patterson, La., died at home Tuesday, Sept 1, at 8:40 a.m.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Williams Payton of Patterson; four sons, Ivory Payton Jr. of Morgan City, La., and Lonnie, Travis and Ryan Payton, all of Patterson; two daughters, Natalie Payton and Lastashia Payton, both of Patterson; two brothers, Taylor Howard of Centerville, La., and Joseph Howard of Franklin, La.; three sisters, Ana Mae Jones of St. Joseph, Ora Mae Broussard of Patterson and Malvinca Hawkins of Centerville; and 11 grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday; Sept 8th, at Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City, with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Patterson Memorial Cemetery.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
