James Edward Pledger Jr., 39, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, April 12, at 7:07 a.m.
He is survived by his companion, Angie Baye; parents, James Pledger Sr. and Linda Goins Pledger; sons, Kyle “Buddy” Baye and Zachary James Pledger; brothers, Littlejohn Paul, Shane and Jeffrey Pledger; and grandmother, Dorothy Hilsman.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George Virgil Goins, J.P. Pledger and Dorris Lorine Emmons Pledger.
Services will be held at a later date in Navasota, Tx.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
