Janet Guidry Autin, 68, a native of Galliano, La. and resident of Lockport, La., died at 7 a.m. Sunday, April 29, 2007.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland, La. Memorial service will be at 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
She is survived by three sons, Carroll “Beau” Chouest Jr., Wilson J. Chouest and David A. Chouest; one daughter, Angelina Chouest Barbaree; three brothers, Velton Guidry, Roy Guidry and Richard Guidry; one sister, Velma Trahan; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gracien and Augusta Guidry; one brother, Junius Guidry; and one sister, Hildra LeBlanc.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
