Jarrett Michael Christopher Scott, 21, a native of Houma, La. and a resident of Schriever, La. died Sunday 9, 2007.
He is survived by his parents, Betty Scott, Michael Adams, and Jimmy Blackwell; one son, Daviante Michael Christopher Scott, one daughter, Zamaya Jones; six brothers, Leveron Scott, Anthony Scott, Darrell Jones, Robert Matthews, Jr., Zacary Matthews, and Cedric Collins; seven sisters, Quintikel Scott, Tiffany Matthews, Volia Williams, Freddie Blackwell, Christy Blackwell, Zaria Matthews, and Myla Flemings; and his grandparents, Sarah Matthews, Mary and Irvin Scott.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Brandon Irvin Scott; and his grandfather, Robert Matthews.
Visitation is Monday, December 17, 2007, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Community Funeral Home and Tuesday, December 18, 2007, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral to follow at Morning Star Baptist Church. He will be buried in Bobtown Cemetery.
