Jasmine “Lil Bit” Javon Streams, 24, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, Aug. 20, at 11:30 a.m.
She is survived by her parents, Sherrie Streams of Thibodaux and Steve Streams of Houston, Texas; one daughter, Joelyn Hill of Thibodaux; one son, Harvahn Hill of Thibodaux; one brother, Willard Streams Jr., of Houston; one step-brother, Jabrell Battles of Houston; two sisters, Joslyn Brown and husband Maurice Brown of Thibodaux, and Jada Streams of Houston; and grandparents, Henry Brown, Jeanette Thompson and Floyd Streams Sr., all of Thibodaux.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruth Elem Brown; great-grandmother, Barbara White; and great-grandfather, Joseph Henry Elem.
She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.
A religious service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at Calvary United Methodist Church in Thibodaux with burial to follow at Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
