Jean Robichaux Robinson, age 75, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, February 12, 1:55 a.m.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, James J. Robinson of Houma; son, Mark “Tommy” Robinson; daughter, Kathy Robinson Chauvin; granddaughter, Kellie Robinson Dubois and husband Glen; grandson, Tanner J. Freeman; step-grandchildren, Meagan Chauvin, Kristen Chauvin and Brandon Chauvin and wife Trista; and great granddaughter, Maddie Duboois.
She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Mark Chauvin; and brother, Mike Robichaux.
She was a homemaker and a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church with mass to follow. Burial will be at Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
