Jeanne Marie Lirette, 80, a native of Dularge, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, June 17, 2014.
Mrs. Lirette’s children and grandchildren were the center of her life.
She is survived by her children, Pamela (Carroll) Dugas, Faith Babin and Carroll Jr. (Dorothy) Lirette; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Lirette Sr.; parents, Moise and Lena Chauvin; brothers, Joseph Sr., Anatole, Alvin and David Sr. Chauvin; and sister, Edith Guidry.
Visitation will be 8 to 10 a.m. Friday, June 20, at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Interment will be at the church cemetery. (Chauvin)
