Jerome Welch, 60, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, March 31, 2011.
Mr. Welch was Baptist, a member of Restoration of Hope and a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was retired from Sonoco.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Granger Welch; mother, Louise Davis; son, Jonathan Welch; daughters, Stacey and Nicole Welch; brother, Wilbert (Mazie) Howard; sister, Shawn Davis; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Welch; and two sisters, Barbara W. Mills and Janice Bass Williams.
He is buried at Southdown Cemetery. (Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne)
