Joachim “Jock” Anthony Benoit Jr., 59, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 2 p.m. Friday, November 28.
He is survived by three sisters Hilda Pitre, Anna Luke of Houma and Shirley Duplantis of Bourg, La.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joachim A. Benoit Sr. and Stella Verret Benoit.
He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 3, at Chauvin Funeral Home with a prayer service to follow.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
