Joe High, 73, a native of Ensley, Ala., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011.
He is survived by his mother, Irene High; brother, Henry High Jr.; sister, Toni High; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his companion, Kathy Thibodaux; his companion’s sons, Errol and Henry III (Becky) Thibodaux; her daughters, Rayann (Ted) Melancon and Kathy (Greg) Rizan; her eight grandchildren; and her eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry High Sr.; daughter, Debbie High Eades; and brother, Jack High.
He is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
