EPA/BP say oily solid waste is not hazardous
July 20, 2010Joel M. Parfait, 14, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Montegut, La., died at 6:10 p.m. Friday, July 16, 2010.
He was a parishioner of New Beginning Church.
He is survived by his parents, Nathan and Leslie Parfait; brothers, Jonathan (Arielle) and Nathan (Mica) Parfait; nephews, Malachi and Isaiah Parfait; and niece, Laila Parfait.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Julius and Bessie Parfait.
He is buried at St. Charles Cemetery in Point-Aux-Chene, La.
