Joseph Nathan Foret, Jr., 93, a native of Valentine, La., and resident of Lafayette, La., died Monday, September 10, 2007, at 8:20 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Lillian Legendre Foret; two sons, Ronnie Foret and Bobby Foret; three daughters, Diane Stevens, Judy Daly and Madeline Brune; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph N. Foret Sr. and Lucille Toups Foret; and three sisters, Edith Barker, Inez Ingargiola and Lucille Toups.
Joseph is buried in St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery in Thibodaux.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
Landry’s Funeral Home in Thibodaux is in charge of the arrangements.
