March 19, 2014Joseph Howard Jr., 63, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, March 16, 2014.
He is survived by his mother, Annie Riley-Howard; son, Jeremy (Rachel) Howard; daughters, Crystal (Brian Sr.) Patterson and Lawantha (Elroy) Anderson; sisters, Beverley Castillo, Betty Riley, Barbara Howard and Brenda (Melvin) Porter; brothers, James, Jerronne, Jason, Jerrol, Jonathon, Junius and Jermaine Howard; and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Howard Sr.; and brother, John Howard.
Visitation will be 12 to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22, at St. Lucy Catholic Church with services to follow. Burial will be at St. Luke Baptist Cemetery in Waterproof, La. (Jones)
