Joseph Lagarde Sr., 86, a native and resident of St. Charles Community, La., died Wednesday, July 6, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lagarde; sons, Michael (Dorothy), Joseph Jr. (Christa) Lagarde; daughters, Kathy (Stephen) Gossen and Beverly (Philip) Breaux; brother, Andrew Jr. (Catherine) Lagarde; sister, Elsie (Tarlton) David; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Sr. and Ida Lagarde.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Landry’s)
