Jy Phillip Usey, 31, a native of Chackbay, La., and resident of Houma, La., died May 4, 2010.
Mr. Usey was Catholic.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica Deroche Usey; parents, David P. Usey and Judy Morvant Eusea; stepfather, Russell Eusea; son, Alex Phillip Usey; and daughter, Abbie Lynn Usey.
Mr. Usey is buried at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery in Chackbay.
