Kevin Scott Powell, 36, a native of Alexandria, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, January 12, 2008.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Lonnie Powell and Lisa Powell; two brothers, Troy Powell and Daniel LeBeouf; one sister, Tonya Domangue; and numerous relatives.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Reba Nell Powell; his grandparents, James P. Ford, Gracie Ford and Jesse Gallaway; and one brother, Heath Dillion.
He worked in production for Baker Energy.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at Chauvin Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2008, at Alexandria Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Forest Hill.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
