Raising homes reaches above the threat
April 26, 2011Kim Vogel, 52, a resident of Patterson, La., died Tuesday, April 19, 2011.
Mrs. Vogel loved her life and tried her best to live it to the fullest. She worked offshore as a cook – she was such a great cook the crews didn’t want to get off her boat. She was a loving wife, mother and the best friend anyone could hope to have. She enjoyed flower gardening, playing cards and spending time with her family and friends and her Dachshunds. She also loved to be on the water fishing.
She is survived by her best friend and love of her life, Jeff Vogel; son, Tyler Aucoin; father, Bill Doonan Jr.; brother, Trey Doonan; and sister, Stacy Paredes.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Francis Estes Doonan. (Hargrave)
