Family Fun Fest has something for all ages

Larry “Ace” Arcement, 65, a native of Labadieville, LA. and resident of Houma, LA., died Monday, March 26, 2007.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Landry’s Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at St. Louis Catholic Church in Bayou Blue. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Trudy Dupre Arcement; two sons, Tony Arcement and wife, Ann, and Michael Arcement and wife, Lori; one daughter, Rhonda Berthelot and husband, Greg; one brother, Billy Arcement and wife, Ernestine; his stepchildren, Scott Triche, Stephanie Bergeron, Morgan Berthelot, Andrea and David Allemand, Korinne Bergeron and Kaleb and Kennedi Gibben; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman “Tobin” Arcement and Isabelle “Belle” Arcement; and one brother Jody “Byrd” Arcement.
He was retired from Terrebonne Parish Government and was a member of St. Gregory Counsel of the Knights of Columbus.
He was a drummer for the Imperial Band and loved golf, fishing, bowling and dancing.
Landry’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
