Laura Mae Benoit Andras, 79, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 11 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, after a brief battle with cancer.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Andras; sons, Carl (Shirley), Michael (Sandy), Joey, Jeffery (Melanie) and Bobby (Rachel) Andras; brother, Dolese (Beatrice) Benoit; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Andras; parents, Oremile and Mary Sanchez Benoit; siblings, Mack, Eddie and Dave Benoit, Bernice Sanchez, Estelle Boudreaux, Eve Hymel and Tillie Ordoyne; and her son-in-law, Raymon Andras.
She is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery.
