Leotha Johnson, 63, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Monday, August 25.
She is survived by two daughters, Vanessa Lumar of St. James, La., and Sarah Johnson of Vacherie, La.; one son, Mark Johnson of Thibodaux; step-father, Eddie Folse of Raceland, La.; seven sisters, Rosemary Thomas, Zelda Folse, Julia Smith, Patricia Joseph and Elnora Joseph all of Raceland, Ernestine Lewis of Bakerfield, Ca. and Audrey Ray of Houma, La.; six brothers, Randy Folse, Ray Charles Folse, Ernest Williams Jr. and Leo Williams all of Raceland, Floyd Folse of Thibodaux and Henry Lee Folse of Long Beach, Ca.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rosetta Triggs Folse and Ernest Williams Sr.; one son Fredrick Moses Johnson; one daughter, Janis Carr; one brother, Ulysses Folse; and grandparents, Francis Triggs and Elijah Triggs.
She was a member of Moses Baptist Church. She enjoyed watching television, listening to gospel music and spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, August 29, at Moses Baptist Church in Thibodaux with a religious service to follow. She will be buried at the church cemetery.
Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
