Lillie Mae “Pee Wee” Adams, 58, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Thursday, January 15.
She is survived by her mother, Rosedell Adams of Raceland; two sons, Shane Adams and John Adams of Raceland; one daughter Kena Simmons and husband Bobby Sr. of Houma, La.; six sisters, Doris Bourda of Cut Off, La., Diane Adams, Rose Brown, Sadie Fazande and Debra Adams of Raceland and Beverly Morgan of Houma; three brothers, Daniel Adams Jr. of Larose, La., James and Thomas Adams of Raceland; and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Adams Sr.; and two sisters, Margie Adams and Gail Gwendolyn Adams.
She was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 21, at Morning Star Baptist Church in Raceland with a religious service to follow. Burial will be at church cemetery.
Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
