Lillie Mae Scott, 85, a native of Beaumont, Texas, and a resident of Gray, La., died Thursday, Sept. 24.
She is survived by three daughters, Gloria Thibodeaux, Connie Thibodeaux and Christine Snapp; two sons, Michael Scott and Wayne Thibodeaux; one brother, Louis Scott; 18 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rachel and Benny Scott; one son, Darryl Scott; two daughters, Cynthia T. Barrow and Shelia Smith; and three brothers, Benny Scott Jr., Norman Scott and Albert King.
She was a member of New Vision Christian Community Church. She was retired.
Funeral services were Monday, Sept. 28, at New Vision Christian Community Church with burial at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
