Consultants selected for new power plant
June 24, 2011Lincoln James Lirette, 76, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2011.
Mr. Lirette was a member of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Lirette; son, Lyle (Stacey) Lirette; daughter, Shanna (Mike) Himel; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Bessie Lirette; son, Dwight Lirette; brothers, Norris, Reuben, Clifton and Harold Lirette; sister, Doris Johnson; and grandson, Tyler Lirette
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church are preferred.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 25 at Grace Lutheran Church with religious services to follow. Burial will be at Terrebonne Memorial Park. (Falgout)
