Louis Allain, 73, a native of Melvillie, LA and a resident of Raceland, LA passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016.
Mr. Allain was an alderman for the Town of Lockport for 16 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Veronica Songe; and brother, Michael (Dr. Judy) Allain.
Burial is at Holy Savior Catholic Church Cemetery in Lockport.
