Louis J. Dubois, 85, a native of Larose, La., and a resident of Cut Off, La., died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2008, at 3 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Corrine Delatte Dubois; sons, Ernest and Pandorn Brunet Dubois, Roy and Carolyn Hebert Dubois, Euris and Connie Pitre Dubois, David and Sandra Danos Dubois and Timmy and Jada Charpentier Dubois; sisters, Irene Soudilier, Gladys Dubois, Leola Adams, Mary Soudilier, Lorraine Soudilier and Eula Ougel; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Etienne and Cecil Plaisance Dubois; brothers, Eugene, Edward, Gilbert and Hebert Dubois; sisters, Anna Dubois and Lynn Bourg; and grandchildren, Barry, Byron and Brent Dubois.
He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Visitation is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the funeral to follow. He will be buried at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Cemetery.
