Louis Jeffries Laque III, 41, a native of Houma, La. and resident of Gray, La., died at 7:11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, 2006.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Ann Klein Laque; one son, Louis Jeffries Laque IV; one daughter, Reagan Isabella Laque; one stepson, Brian Hugh Klein; four sisters, Tenna Laque Bergeron and husband, Barry, Pamelia Laque Curry and husband, Bill, Shelia Laque Chermie and Deborah Laque Foret and husband, Alden; and his father- and mother-in-law, Bruce and Connie Klein.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Jeffries Laque Jr. and Pamelia Gentry Laque; his paternal grandparents, Louis J. Laque Sr. and Inez Babin Laque; and his maternal grandparents, Homer and Vivian Bevill Gentry.
He was a retired attorney. He was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
