Louis “Bessie” Perrillioux, 74, a native of Thibodaux, La., and a resident of Lockport, La., died Tuesday, July 17, 2007, at 6:05 p.m.

She is survived by her mother, Leona Crochet; three sons, Chester, Charles, and Conrad Perrillioux III and his wife Debbie; four daughters, Peggy Boudreaux, Patricia Bernard and her husband Edwin, Hattie Boudreaux, and Leona Folse and her husband James; seven brothers, Macellain Bourgeois, Vergin Landry, Alvin, Charles, Roy, Allan, and Michael Bergeron; four sisters, Margie Davine, Audrey Ellender, Esther Lirette, and Althea Millet; eight grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Conrad Perrillioux, Jr.; one son, Calvin Perrillioux; three brothers, Eugene, Ernest, and Joseph Bergeron; one sister, Bridgett Bergeron; and one grandson, Edwin “Bucky” Bernard, Jr.

Louise was a devout Catholic and a parishioner at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport.

Visitation is Thursday, July 19, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with the funeral to follow at Holy Savior Catholic Church. She will be buried in the church cemetery.

Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport is in charge of the arrangements.
