Lafourche mother kills her children

Lucille “Lucy” Autin, 76, a native of Lockport, La., and a resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, August 17, 2007, at 11:00 p.m.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Autin and his wife Darlene; one brother, Joseph Tastet; and three grandchildren, Hope, Elizabeth, and David Autin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Autin; her parents, Felician and Rena Schouest Autin; one daughter, Shirley Autin; four brothers, Edmond, Louis, Robert, and Albert Autin; and five sisters, Josephine, Anne Mae, Felicia, Helen, and Inez.
Lucille was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church in Raceland.
She is buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
