Lucille “Moms” Singleton Gray, 55, a native and resident of Houma, La. Died Sunday, October 7, 2007.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Lee Gray; two sons, George Singleton and Timothy Lee Gray; one daughter, LaDonna Watts; six sisters, Shirley Grant, Ethel Stewart, Geraldine Jenkins, Joyce Williams, Lorraine Robinson, and Adelia Neville; and one brother, Jerome Singleton, Sr.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Isiah and Mary Dominic Singleton, Sr.; three brothers, John, Rudolph and Isiah Singleton, Jr.; and one sister, Barbara Jean Delardo.
Lucille was a devout Baptist and a member of New Zion Baptist Church.
Visitation is Thursday, October 11, 2007, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Community Funeral Home and with the funeral held Friday, October 12, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at New Zion Baptist Church. She will be buried in Union Benevolent Cemetery.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
