February 7, 2011Lucy Williams Carr, 99, a native of Ramona, Okla., and resident of Houma, La., died at 2:20 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Diggs and Valta LaCoe; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; and sisters, Dorothy and Bernice Jensen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie John Carr; parents, Jess and Maud Pierce Williams; three brothers; and five sisters.
