Toll revenue not enough to make bond payments
February 21, 2011Ludwig “Bingo” Joseph Autin, 66, a native of Crown Point, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011.
Mr. Autin was retired as an inside salesman for Redman Pipe and Supply for 37 years. He also worked part time for Geri and Greg LeBlanc Nissan. He was a member of Victory Christian Center where he was a church greeter and sang in the choir. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Jean Autin; sons, Bobby (Danielle) Autin and Johnny (Kim) Silva Sr.; daughters, Cathy (Ronnie) Burditt, Pauline (Pete) Sloan and Vickie (Chad-o) Maricle; nine grandchildren, Kailyn Autin, Johnny Jr., Cheyenne and Marissa Silva, Jamie Luke, Kimberly Duet, Ronnie Burditt Jr., and Erica and Alissa Wade; seven great-grandchildren, Aiden Silva, Ashley Bunch, Julie, Jaycee and Ethan Luke and two expecting; brother; special nephew, William “Cricket” Chauncey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ludwig Sr. “Black” and Emma Orgeron Autin; and sisters, Betty and Sue Autin. (Chauvin)
