Madeline “Maddy” Rodrigue Kraemer, 63, a native and resident of Chackbay, La., died at 10:08 a.m. Friday, July 30, 2010.
Mrs. Kraemer had a strong faith and a deep love of life. She often expressed her love of people by cooking for her many relatives and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Gilbert J. Kraemer Sr.; son, Gilbert (Nicole) Kraemer Jr.; daughters, Sonya (David) Ockman and Kim (Ron) Talbot; brothers, Carroll and Adam Rodrigue; sisters, Agatha “Marjorie” Bavaret and Madonna Rodrigue Martin; and five grandchildren, Bo Ockman, Chase and Allie Kraemer and Madeline and Matthew Talbot.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Typhy and Agatha Legendre Rodrigue Sr.; three brothers, Joseph, Simon and Typhy Jr. Rodrigue; and one sister, Genevieve Rodrigue Borne.
She is buried at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church.
