Senator Circle residents oppose duplex donation

Marceline Neil Trosclair, 72, a native of Chauvin, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 10:10 a.m. Monday, July 26, 2010.
Mrs. Trosclair was a homemaker and a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Angelic (Ricky) Adams, Penny (Dobbie) Luke and Michele (Gerald) LeBouef; brother, Jesse (Joyce) Neil; sisters, Ann (Percy) Rhodes, Mally (Leonard) Clement; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Trosclair; and parents, Jeffrey and Mable Robicheaux Neil.
She is buried at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery.
