Margie J. Cressionie, 77, a native of Cut Off, La., and resident of Larose, La., died Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014.
She is survived by her sons, Huey Jr., Douglas Sr. and Carl Sr. Cressionie; daughters, Susan and Carol Cheramie and Wendy Gaudet; stepdaughter, Mandy Trahan; brother, Louis Trahan Jr.; and sisters, Vivian Arceneaux and Violet Guidry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Cressionie Sr.; parents, Louis Sr. and Lillian Trahan; son, Johnny Cressionie; daughter, Rebecca Cheramie; brother, Anthony Trahan Sr.; sisters, Patsy Hebert and Audrey Doucet; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, at Gheens Presbyterian Church with services to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
